Hi my name is Paul and I'm a off- road rider, gravel and bikepacking enthusiast based in Snowdonia National Park. I'm a qualified Mountain Bike Guide (level 2), Mountain Leader (summer), IMI Level 3 cycle maintenance technician and proud to be Eryri (Snowdonia) Ambassador. I have been a long time volunteer for the local Mountain Rescue service so you can be assured you are in safe hands when exploring with me.
Growing up in the heart of Snowdonia I fell in love with the wilderness and the rugged landscape of Wales igniting my passion for the outdoors and cycling from a young age. At the age of 17 I enlisted into the Army and served 12 years in operations and training exercises all over the world. I've been working in the outdoor industry for the past 10 years and I strive to inspire and encourage people to build upon confidence and skills to whilst exploring some of my favourite spots in Snowdonia.
Born and raised smack in the centre of Snowdonia National Park I have been exploring these hills and trails since I could crawl. From rock climbing, hiking, fell running and mountain biking it's now adventure cycling that takes centre stage for me. The simplicity of strapping ones life to your bicycle and disappearing for a night, a week or months is something we all need to experience!
I have cycled across countries and continents and love nothing more than living on two wheels and immersing myself into a landscape and its cultures. Recently I have released the Wheel Good Times - Eryri 360 series, a 7 part adventure cycling series that gets you exploring the entire national park, connecting with communities, heritage and landscape. Check it out or book one of us to help you complete all 7 adventure loops!
I am a qualified Mountain Leader, Level 3 Mountain Bike Guide and have worked as an Outdoor Pursuits guide for over 10 years now and am incredibly passionate about Snowdonia and its heritage so if you fancy finding some of the best adventure riding in Wales, for a day or a few nights, then you're in the right place!
Hi, my name is Jordan. I'm a Mountain Bike leader and Mountain Leader based in Snowdonia and have been bikepacking for around a decade now. Riding bikes both on and off road is where my heart lies - a good balance of covering ground and connecting with your surrounding environment is intrinsic to the sport, and I'm about sharing that with others.
Bikepacking Wales facilitates adventure and connectivity between us, weather we're new to the sport or veterans of loading up and disappearing into the hills. It's great to be involved with Bikepacking Wales and I'm looking forward to meeting you all for some fantastic outings.
